HOW TO GET THERE

CHOOSE
YOUR WAY

BY CAR

If you’re arriving by car, follow the main routes toward the western part of Zagreb and turn onto Zagrebačka Avenue. The Congress Centre at Hotel Antunović is located at Zagrebačka Avenue 100a, right along the main road, and is easily visible from the street. You can approach the hotel either from the city center or the western entrance to Zagreb, and parking is available in the hotel garage as well as the outdoor lot on the premises. During the event, we recommend arriving a little earlier due to the expected higher number of visitors.

BY TRAM

If you’re arriving by public transport, you can easily reach the Congress Centre at Hotel Antunović by tram or bus. From the center of Zagreb, trams number 5 and 17 head toward Prečko, and you should get off at the Slavenskoga stop, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

BY BUS

Alternatively, you can take tram numbers 3, 9, or 12 to the Ljubljanica terminus, from where bus 115 heads toward Špansko and stops right in front of the hotel. Once you get off, the hotel is located at the intersection along Zagrebačka Avenue and is easily recognizable from the main road.

What is the GR8 Coffee Festival?

The GR8 Coffee Festival is a long-sought-after international festival that gathers lovers and professionals around a “cup” of that sublime beverage – coffee. But also teas. And chocolates. And liquors. And craft beers. All the best. And mostly coffee.

Where and when does the festival take place?

The 3rd GR8 Coffee Festival will take place on April 16–17, 2026, at the Congress Centre of Hotel Antunović, located at Zagrebačka Avenue 100a, Zagreb.

What does my ticket include?

You can choose a ticket for one day of the festival. It is not necessary to choose in advance, nor to announce which day you are coming. Or you can choose a ticket that is valid for all three days of the festival. In any case, your ticket allows you to enjoy the entire rich program of the festival. The only exception is exclusive, closed interactive workshops that (for the sake of individual access) we organize for a limited number of participants. The opportunity to participate will be announced on our social media profiles.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Although the ticket is bought in the name, in case of inability to come, it will not be a problem if you give your ticket to someone else. And if you want to surprise someone, select the option “A gift to a friend” during the purchase process.

Can I exchange my ticket or request a refund?

No, once the ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How can I buy/pay at the festival?

Payment is possible by card and/or cash.

Is there an age limit to enter the festival?

There is no age limit for entering the festival, but children under the age of 16 can enter the GR8 Coffee Festival only when accompanied by an adult, who takes responsibility for them. Take into account that there will be alcoholic beverages at the festival.

Do children pay the entrance fee?

Children under the age of 14 have free entry when accompanied by an adult who pays for their ticket.

Can I bring my dog?

Although we love dogs, the venue does not allow them (or any other animals) except guide dogs.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No, you can get food and drinks inside the festival area.

Will there be options for vegetarians?

Yes, dishes for vegetarians will also be offered.

Will there be photography and filming?

Everyone is a star at the GR8 Coffee Festival. Our event will be followed by numerous media teams, photographers and cameramen. So make sure you have a good hairstyle 😉 because just by entering the location of the event, you give your consent that you may be filmed and photographed and that all material from the GR8 Coffee Festival may be used globally for promotional purposes. Is there a wardrobe/place to store personal belongings?

The festival area does not have a wardrobe or a separate storage area. Take care of your things as if they were your own 😉 because the festival organizers and the space management team cannot take responsibility for loss or theft.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in the closed spaces. Smoking areas will be provided outside the LAUBA building.

Does the place have insurance?

Yes.

Is wheelchair access and mobility ensured?

Yes.
