What is the GR8 Coffee Festival?

The GR8 Coffee Festival is a long-sought-after international festival that gathers lovers and professionals around a "cup" of that sublime beverage - coffee. But also teas. And chocolates. And liquors. And craft beers. All the best. And mostly coffee.

What are the goals of the GR8 Coffee Festival and why support it?

This is only the first GR8 Coffee Festival in a series. Our goal is to build a serious platform that will provide the profession with systematic support in development, and visitors an opportunity to socialize, have fun, learn and nurture their passion.

Together we want to nurture and promote sustainability, culture, knowledge, innovation, technology, connection and passion for coffee. If you find yourself in our values and want to share the desired image and credibility with us, you will recognize that the GR8 Coffee Festival is an inevitable point of appearance for your brand.

Why is the coffee festival important to our community?

Every community needs events. As a place to share a common passion. Events allow people to meet, discuss and collaborate. And coffee is a really important drink in this part of the world, it has an incredible potential to bring people together like a magnet. After the crisis and pandemic years, we need these kinds of events and gatherings more than ever. As an added value for the community, there is certainly a positive impact on tourism and the economy.

What does the price of the arranged stand include?

Octanorm stand construction according to the selected exhibition package

Lighting and electricity connection 8 kw

One-time cleaning every day before the start of the festival

A plate with the company logo

Publication of the logo on the website of the festival

Wi-Fi inside the pavilion

Accreditation for persons working at the exhibition site and preparation/arrangement of the exhibition

What is not included in the price of the arranged stand?

Everything that is not specified in the exhibitor's package, and the exhibitor wants to additionally build/place on the stand.

Stand branding.

Is it possible to rent space without a built stand?

Yes, in that case the price of the exhibition package is reduced.

What are the terms of payment for the exhibitor's place?

The terms of payment are specified in the Cooperation Agreement. All invoices are due no later than May 18, 2024. Upon payment of all obligations, the exhibitor is allowed to enter the pavilion and exhibit.

Are additional forms of promotion possible?

Yes, additional forms of promotion are possible, agreed with the Organizer and specified in the Cooperation Agreement.

Do I get an exhibition space as part of the sponsorship package?

Yes, according to the selected sponsorship package (Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze).
