12 carefully selected competitors and 3 experienced judges. One cube with 6 latte art patterns and a tense one-on-one fight. In the final round, the top three will battle it out creating a pattern of their own choice. And in addition to the creation itself, this round will also evaluate its aesthetic appeal, the quality of the drink, its execution techniques and presentation skills.

Ivan Životić
NESCAFÉ®
Ivan has been in the coffee industry for 25 years, the last 15 of which at Nestlé, where he currently holds the position of Coffee expert & Business developer for the Adriatic region.
In addition to knowledge and education about coffee, Ivan has extensive experience working on various projects related to coffee, experience in the commercial sector, market developments, leading commercial teams, etc.
In the SCA education model, out of 16 possible courses, he has completed 13 courses, in total education he won over 100 points and on that basis obtained the SCA overall coffee skills diploma. He selflessly shares his passion and knowledge, and behind him he has completed 1000 trainings and educations for almost 3000 people.

Laith's journey in the world of coffee has been marked by a deep passion for the craft and a commitment to excellence. He acquired his SCA education at the Espresso Academy in Italy, a renowned international institution known for its commitment to coffee education and nurturing top talent in the industry.
Under the guidance of mentor Simoni Celli, a respected international Black Jug judge known for his expertise in judging latte art, he had the privilege of learning from the best in the business.
Along with an enviable education, Laith's professional experience includes project management roles where attention to detail and precise planning were most important. Thanks to such experience, he has perfected the ability to observe, analyze and provide constructive feedback with precision and accuracy.
As a judge, he is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the competition and providing valuable insights to the participants.

Originally from Istria, his love for coffee led him to Zagreb, where he began his journey in the world of specialty coffee. Over the years, he has nurtured his passion by mastering brewing techniques and exploring the complex flavors of specialty coffee.
For the past three years, he has been competing and has won numerous titles at prestigious competitions, including last year’s Battle at the GR8 Coffee Festival, where he demonstrated exceptional skill and precision.
On a quest for the perfect cup of coffee since 1998, his passion and dedication remain unwavering—every sip is a new opportunity for discovery, and every coffee tells its own story.

The winner of the competition earns the prestigious GR8 Latte Art Master title, confirming their excellence and creativity in the world of latte art. In addition to this esteemed title, they will also take home the top-tier Fiorenzato Pietro Manual Coffee Grinder, a tool that will support their further growth and help elevate the quality of every cup of coffee they create.
Beyond the valuable prizes, the champion will also receive a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity on Saturday, April 12, to stand side by side with world Latte Art champion Carmen Clemente.
