Josip Novačić, a barista with years of experience and a passionate cooking enthusiast, is a contestant on MasterChef 2023, where he secured a spot in the top 8. He is now joining the GR8 Coffee Festival as a true gastronomic master.

In addition to his barista skills, Josip will amaze the audience with his culinary expertise in the Cooking Show “Coffee and Food Pairing.” Here, he will showcase the art of combining coffee with delicious dishes – one vegetarian and one meat-based menu, offering a unique experience for all food and coffee lovers.

He will prepare two special risottos: one with asparagus and the other with veal liver, both enriched with a rich coffee base, as well as coffee-infused gnocchi.
